This is one of the premier parks in Bay City. Nicely maintained in a upper class neighborhood. The pond has been drained but is still interesting.

Carrol Park is a well-maintained quiet park that would be perfect for family or friends or even events. They have tennis courts and playground equipment. It's been a part of Bay City for as long as I can remember.

It is very peaceful here with many, many places to eat a picnic lunch. There is a great play area for the kids to play as well. There is a little bridge to cross over the creek and many weddings take place here as well.
