Expected a larger museum so was a little surprised. We were in and out in less then one hour. The display of historical items was well organized depicting the local area. The staff was friendly and courteous welcoming us with a pleasant smile.

This is a great place to visit when in town. It has an excellent exhibit on the industrial history of Worcester and New England. They also have a great collection of artifacts and cute little store too.
