I use Boston Express Cab whenever I travel. I am a 53yo female and take business trips on my own every few months. I’ve never felt comfortable using Uber. The drivers from Boston Express Cab are always on time and great with communication leading up to the pick up hour (text or phone depending on preference). The drivers are friendly, professional and respectful. Cars are always clean and drivers very helpful with luggage. Highly recommend!!

We had a very cooperative driver, and the van was spacious enough to accommodate our extra luggage without any issues. Despite traveling during peak hours, we were pleasantly surprised that the fare remained reasonable. We're really thankful for that. Highly recommended service. Thanks ☺️

Excellent service and extremely convenient for anyone traveling with a child in need of a car seat! The van had enough space to accommodate not just us but all of our luggage as well. Very prompt on arriving on time to pick us up from the airport as well as the morning we needed to go back to travel home.
