Had a great deal of fun walking around,seeing exhibits,animals and crafts,Love to see farm animals and chics hatching.Really enjoy the IRISH AREA.Has petting zoo.Great food,cream puffs,apple pie,baked potatoes.Love it/

Tons of great food, local New England crafts and animals for petting! Happens 3 weekends a year, weekends are very busy, I recommend going after school or work. You can find cheap parking down the side streets for between $3-$10.

Then Sheraton and Marriott in Springfield are a mile away from the fairgrounds. More reasonable priced hotels are in West Springfield off of Route 5 (Hampton Inn, Quality Inn, etc.) which is only 5 mins north of the Fair... More
