Great experience!

Enjoyed the stop at this lighthouse! You can go up to the top too and get a history lesson! I would return for more pictures! Cute gift shop!

You can go up to the top of the lighthouse and see views for miles. It's a great way to see how the light houses work and think about being the person maintaining it.

An absolutely stunning setting for this historic lighthouse which is still in operation today. We learned about the history of Cape Cod's first lighthouse, and the massive undertaking to move it back from the precipice of a dune that was crumbling under the sea. The staff was informative and friendly and they have a cute gift shop to purchase a... More

Stopped here on the way to Provincetown. We did not go to the museum at the parking lot (you have to park here & walk up the path to the lighthouse). There is a small gift shop where you buy tickets for the lighthouse tour. There is a golf course at the site as well. We did the tour &... More

We just stopped for a short amount of time but it was interesting and beautiful to see. Lots of vacationers and it was hard to find parking

My family and I recently visited highlands center lighthouse. What a wonderful surprise. There is the Highlands center museum, the lighthouse, a viewing platform, and a golf course all in 1 visit. The viewing platform appears to be on to of a cliff (not recommended for active youngsters). But the views are great. The lighthouse has a small museum, helpful... More

On our way back from Provincetown I decided to stop at this lighthouse (having seen the sign driving in early that morning), and despite the fact that both the lighthouse and the gift shop were closed, it was a nice, easy and beautiful 10-minute walk to the cliff, where we learn about the erosion taking place there (because of that... We had to check-out of our hotel, but weren’t quite ready to leave the Outer Cape yet, so we detoured off Route 6 to visit Cape Light. What a nice visit. We spent about an hour at the lighthouse, inclusive of the tour and gift shop browsing. The tour is interesting on multiple levels – you get to climb up... More

I have been visiting this lighthouse for over 55 years. It is beautiful. Now there is a small shop with all kinds of light house related items. You can even tour the lighthouse. I highly recommend a visit.

Nice ride. Beautiful view. There is a small gift shop as well as tours of the light house. There is a cafe a few hundred yards from the light house as well as a museum. Each for a nominal fee
