Lovely area to stroll and take in the artistic treasures.

Such a relaxing, calming place to browse through the many artistic crafts, special offerings in food, gifts, & views.

If you like to wander through somewhat eccentric tourist-oriented shops, ignore me, and give it 5 stars. I've been here in the past, haven't seen it for many years, and it seemed to me kitschier than it used to be, a little run-down, and not too appealing. Maybe I'm just jaundiced It's not a bad place to kill some time,... More

This is a fun place to explore, shop and enjoy the touristy atmosphere. The art and small shops are colorful and an opportunity to find real treasures. Just getting up early an watching the sunrise is so worth it!

This unique little town, where you can shop, walk, bring carriages or somewhat ride, is a nice experience. The view of the ocean, the Motif and the two harbors are interesting. You can see the Fisherman's pier and Claude McCaul's(famous Arcitect's) housing. There are great places to eat and the shop prices are fair. You can find wonderful treasures in these... More

Bearskin Neck, named by fishermen who saw the bearskin John Babson had left to dry on the rocks, is famous for its artists, restaurants and speciality shops. It's a picturesque street and a great way to while away an hour or so. If you're visiting Rockport, you must visit here.

This area sits right in the center of the harbor. Quaint shops and so many little restaurants to try. Beautiful and so picturesque. This is definitely a must see.

I love Bearskin Neck! It's quaint little shops, beautiful ocean views, the classic Motif 1, and galleries lining the streets, all create a wonderful family friendly environment to visit. Perfect for artists!
