Fished here many times. Caught striped bass and blues fron this beach. Lots of fun, especially when the stripers follow the smaller fish in near shore. Very relaxing,

Through the years, we have ridden our bikes along Herring Cove Beach in the summer. Of course, coming here in the off-season, is a completely different experience. I'm glad we came here to see the sunset. It was a beautiful, although very cold experience.

The sunset from this beach...you can sit in your car if its too cold....is just spectacular. I just pulled into the lot and there it was....setting over the horizon...it was breathtaking!

You absolutely must make the drive here to watch the sunset-- it is breathtaking! On our trip to the cape, we travelled around throughout the week, but I would hands down stay in Provincetown from here on out for this beach!

Very beautiful beach. Clean and although very windy, nice to walk along the water. Very few people around because it is off season so we had the beach to ourselves. Will come back on a warmer day to enjoy.

I went in August - there were loads of dogs o the beach - just make sure to clean up after them and you should be fine. I would recommend a leash just in case too as there are a lot of people and other dogs.
