Went to Nauset today for the first time this season. Couldn't believe how different it looks. The ranger told us 30-40 feet of the beach was lost this past winter due to storms. Liams (the clam shack) was lost in the winter storms so was...More

It is heart breaking to see the erosion from over this past winter at Nauset Beach. So much has changed in less than one year. It is still a very pretty beach, but hard for us to go to since all of the change.

My sense is that Cape Cod beaches must be among the best ever. The expanses of sand and the vistas are incredible. On Cape Cod, every time you move somewhere else, there is another beach. This is a great one.

Beautiful beach, white sand, turquoise surf. Excellent amenities in summer only though; nothing open (cafe, toilets etc) when we were there. Lots of car parking.

Went there with family today. Teenagers and dogs too. Nice clean beach. A little stony but great for what we wanted. Dog friendly too as long as you keep them on a leash. Water was nice and calm but just a little too fresh for...More

If have never seen an untamed beach well here is your chance! You can not swim in the water because there are shark that are eating seals! Yes that is right! The seals are so cute with their little heads bobbing up and down.

The beach has suffered from some north eastern storms. Still a nice beach with a big parking available. I've been here in April and in July. It can get busy on a nice sunny day, so I prefer the beach in April :-)

Amazing views, sea life abundant, endless beach, birds paradise, best place to see Snowy owl in the winter.

Dress warmly, but the quiet and beauty of this beach in the frigid cold can't be beat. And you just might see a snowy owl (but don't harass it!)

There is probably a good 100 parking spots plus you are able to park, at Nauset Light House too, which is almost across the street from Nauset Beach. The parking lot at Nauset Beach is huge. They also don’t start charging... More

I don't know the temp but I find all the Cape Cod waters pretty cold. The Ocean side (East) tends to be colder than the bay side. The beaches are fabulous for sitting, watching the waves and the seals but I don't tend to... More
