The beach is free and easy to walk on from the street. It's a rocky shoreline with Shelly sand. There were no lifeguards the day we visited.

Beautiful aqua colored crystal clear waters with beautiful New England style houses and boats everywhere. Lots of friendly people walking around and a relaxing atmosphere- Oak Bluffs is a great get away town!

You'll love it too. Oak Bluff Town Beach is the perfect New England getaway. Sunny picturesque beaches, beautiful shopping for unusual items, captivating ocean views and many great places to visit, you will love this island paradise.

Easy walk from the Dockside. Nice beach to sit on and walk and look for shells. Wheelchair accessible. Benches to sit on and 24 hour parking!

Came up here 8 June 2017, perfect day and weather. Walked all over Oak Bluffs. Perfect this time of year, not crowded.

Lovely location and very nice sandy beach.Lots of shells to collect.Nice for a lazy days reading on the beach.Easy reach.

With so many other choices i wouldn't return to this small beach. Try south beach or state beach for starters or Larsen cove in offseason
