had a father's day massage booked by family for Sunday. I arrived just before 2pm appointment. A sign on the door, "hurt hand, spa closed". Really??!!! No phone call, no email, no attempt to contact your customer(s). Drove in for a special treat from my family on Father's day and day after a 14 hour flight. Completely unacceptable. No phone... The spa is a cross between kitch and bordello design, for this spa that offers a full array of services. The manicurist/pedicurists are excellent and the polish lasted longer than average for me. The area mani/pedis are provided only accommodates 2 persons so it is quiet and private. I enjoyed a great facial but thought the massage I received was... More

Wonderful pampering in a delightful environment. Felt like a queen for a day. Easy to get to and parking on site.

La residencia is one of the rare spas that is lovely, relaxing and elegant without trying so hard that, as a guest, you hold your breath -- afraid to exhale for fear of being of this earth. The staff is very nice. The spa-in-a-house is decorated very nicely, again, not so fey as to make you afraid to breathe. In... More

I was traveling on business and decided, last-minute, to try to squeeze in a massage. La Residencia was accommodating and was able to fit me in. I agree with another poster that they are very friendly and respectful even if you aren't a regular. I was greeted warmly and Sue, my massage therapist, was just as friendly. We discussed different... More

I was recently given the gift of a spa treatment through their "Touching the Healing Heart Fund" for people who have experienced the loss of a loved one. It is a brilliant concept. Yesterday was my birthday so I decided I needed some help to get through the day after losing my mom in November. I was treated to an... More

My friend best friend treated me to a facial and massage. It was wonderful. The place is is tucked away in a semi-residential area. Very nicely landscaped and the waiting area is comfortable. Upon check in we were served green tea and slivered biscotti...yum. My 90 minute, hot stone massage was done by Anna. She did such a nice job... More

I tried La Residencia due to a Groupon deal, and it was great. Marisol was my manicurist, and she did a fantastic job. Went back for other services, and all the staff is very friendly.

La Residencia is expensive--expensive manicures, facials, products. But let's face it (tee hee): this spa offers some of the best services around. The staff is top-notch and you'll be treated like a queen--offered tea and cookies and made to feel at home in the comfy living room (aka waiting area). You'll feel pampered, not like "Next" at some spas. The... More
