This intimate outcropping features a short loop trail and is ideal for families, who can reach the island by boat or, at low tide, on foot across the shallows.

It's an adventure to slog across the mudflats to get to this island.... Pleasant, calm beach is good for a picnic, but beware of random poison ivy patches if you wander around the "highlands".

This is a breathtaking island that can be accessed during low tide during the summer months. It is a great sit back and sun and splash in the water destination. It gives you a little time to explore the rocky coast and more.
