I have been here many times. It's always fun. I now order on line. I love the sample size. Just enough for someone watching their food intake.

Always wanted to know how potato chips are made and packaged? This factory gives you lots of information and you can watch the various processes going on. It's a self guided tour and doesn't take long. Nice gift shop too. Oh, yes, it's free!

The tour was a short 15-20 min. self guided tour where you got to see firsthand how the process works. You definitely want to taste some chips by the time you get to the end. Thankfully there are small bags for free and a small gift shop where you can get other chip selections you may not be familiar with.... More

Only takes a few minutes to walk by the assembly line for the chips. You can see the machines through a window. There are signs explaining the process. This is self guided tour with a small bag of chips at the end in the gift shop. I want to give a special thank you to the lady at the front.... More

Fun and interesting, great for kids, big and small. Would be really awesome if a live person walked the short tour with you. Lady at the reception was very kind and helpful.

This was an interesting tour. Very short and no strollers allowed (due to space constraints), but good for killing some time on a rainy day! You get a free small bag of chips at the end.

I love Cape Cod Chips and the tour explained why.....fresh high quality potatoes, proper cooking procedures, etc. all visible through the windows. Boy are they picky about potoates! I recommend this for kids learning where their food comes from. Very friendly & fun tour.

Visit this potato chip factory for a quick self-guided tour and get a small sample bag of chips at the end. The tour was worthwhile, though I had questions I would have liked to ask someone. Also some of the process was really hard to see. The potato chips are crunchier and less fragile than other brands I have eaten.... More

If you are visiting Hyannis, make sure you allow some time to visit and do the self guided tour of the factory. You can actually smell the chips as you get near to the factory! There is plenty of parking and disabled access. As you enter, you can pick up a short history of the factory; but the tour is... More

We visiited in the low season in march. We really enjoyed our visit, the lady at the reception was so nice, when she found out we were from Quebec, she hurried to give us all kinds of tourist information, she was very pleasant. We found the tour to be very interesting even though there is no guided tour, we didn't... More
