Fall crossing to MV

Good, quick efficient service to MV. Not crowded during the week in September. Had our choice of seating. Good snack bar for coffee and drinks. Fun for a day trip.

It was really convenient going from Falmouth to Martha's Vineyard. I visited off season so had to get to Woods Hole which was easy. Took a shuttle bus from Falmouth to Woods Hole -- inexpensive and really quick.

We took the Island Queen Ferry across to Martha's Vineyard. You can purchase snacks and drinks on the ride over - capable and friendly crew & water a little rough.

They took 20$ for a round trip then would not let me off the boat on the main land because they claimed I hadn't payed. There are way better ferrys than this dont get ripped off people.

We arrived early and got a good seat. It was a very cool morning so was glad to sit inside. The ferry is very clean! It looks like the crew really maintains it well.
