I used to go mainly to see the Tiger show and Knights/Jousts ( Several shows each day.) I mean...This troupe is big on Endangered animal education/care, and before the "Lawyers" got into it, one could even feed a baby ( 40-50 pounds) tiger which is...More

A lot of fun with all the interpreters. However, it is expensive to get in and the refreshments and other stuff are ridiculously expensive.

The King Richards Faire is a disappointing middle-age fair that seems to be mostly visited by cosplayers. For them it might be fun, but if you're there for the shows, you'll be disappointed after paying the high entry fee. I've been to other fairs for...More

My family and I absolutely loved this place. I always heard people talking about how excited they were to go to this faire and I knew a couple of actors. I saw the sign every year on 195 and I've always had an interest but...More

We went to King Richard's Faire in September. Plan on a whole day. We were at the opening ceremony which was quite nice. The jousting was really good. The food is quite expensive. You have to buy tickets for the food. The food was okay....More

This was quite an experiencing of jousting, if you do not know the meaning of Jousting or to be jousted you will find out after the event is over. There was some occasional rudeness by the staff members but that must be all in the...More

We visited King Richard's Faire while in the Plymouth, MA area recently and had a wonderful time. The POURING rain all day didn't dampen our enthusiasm for the shows, participants, food or vendors. We did or watched it all - psychic reading, jousting contest, Jack-the-whipper,...More

The reviews on this were very mixed and I went in having an idea of what to expect. I knew this fair would be expensive. Knowing that, it made it hard for me to enjoy. Buying tickets online does not save you money, that will...More

I agree with the above comments. Not much auxiliary seating. Benches at the stages fill quickly. I had to stand to see several of the performances. Might be a good idea to bring a blanket and find a seat on the ground.
