Pintail point has so many stations to shoot clays, and you don't have to walk from station to station, you ride on a golf cart. The staff is friendly and along with throwing the clays on your command, the staff keeps track of your score. The property is absolutely beautiful and secluded from any commotion and distraction.

This month I had the opportunity to visit Pintail Point on 2 separate occasion. The first was a benefit shoot. They are very community focused, providing a location, resources and staff to assist. It was a great opportunity and the facility was well organized with many helpful trappers. I enjoy shooting there whether in a fundraiser or just for fun.... More

I participated in the Blasting for the Brave event. The well kept clays course was park like with a wide variety of targets from confidence-building to challenging. The lunch afterwards was exceptional featuring craft beer, wine, seafood appetizers and Mission BBQ. The desserts looked outstanding but alas I did not leave room. It was a memorable day and I have... More

At Pintail Point with a large group. Some had gone clay shooting, golfing or fishing so there were portable showers available. We started with hors d'oeuvres and drinks. For those of us who don't drink, there was only ice tea and lemonade available. NO DIET DRINKS! After a long day, you think they would at least have sodas and diet... More

We were lucky enough to win a night stay at the manor house and a day full of shooting with a lesson from a well trained instructor. Jim and Cindy were gracious enough to donate a wonderful night stay along with the shooting of sporting clays. I can't express enough how enjoyable this weekend was and how we were treated... More

Wife and I were on MD Eastern Shore for a few days of relaxation. Wide expressed an interest in shooting clay pigeons so our hotel in St. Michaels - Inn at Perry Cabin - recommended we check out Pintail. On Monday's and Tuesday's they are by appointment only so we booked a lesson and 50 targets. We opted for the... More

Our group was concerned on how many stations were closed or non-working, maintenance, repair, and operations needs to be a top priority. The target presentations were excellent and the grounds were clean, and on average we all had a great time we just wished more stations were available to be shot and the staff would have looked into this when/as... Over the 4th of July weekend we stopped at Pintail to shoot. We expected to be a bit crowded, but it turned out we were almost alone. You can shoot the course on your own, they just give you a plug in device that throws the clays and keeps track of how many you pull. This means you can spend... More

Took three boys ages 10 - 13 and my wife for an hour long lesson. Mr Wise was our guide/instructor and I can't say enough about him. We couldn't have asked for a better instructor and he had the boys hitting targets and feeling very comfortable very quickly. It just so happened that we went on Youth Day which made... More
