Wanted to walk along the water, lack of trail was disappointing. Very pretty park on river. There is a poorly maintained trail along the old railroad tracks that was actually dangerous to walk on.

We were here in nov. so it wasn’t prime time for the park. But If you fish it was a good time. Not much to do here but picnic and hang out at the river Conowingo dam is Bette for watching the eagles.

We love taking our hikes here as a family. A lot of history there as well. They have different trails for beginners to advanced. Very nice place to spend with the family.

Only if Rock Run Mill or Rock Run Mansion happen to be open on the day you are there. The other option would be Steppingstone Museum, which is located on Park property.
