Such a beautiful state park! Susquehanna park roads are well kept, easy to drive. Tall trees, creeks, wildlife small waterfalls for picture perfect scenery!

We were here in the off season so it was very quiet. Very clean park and I'm sure a great place to go if you like to fish. We just walked around and enjoyed the scenery and wildlife.

Walking along the Greenway Trail along the old railroad ties.Watching the eagles and ospreys along the river. Great fishing here too up by the Conowingo Dam.

Susquehanna is a nice campground. Especially nice for kids like 8 through 12 where they can ride their bikes around who want to have a little freedom. Inexpensive for families who don't have a lot of money for family vacations.

Only if Rock Run Mill or Rock Run Mansion happen to be open on the day you are there. The other option would be Steppingstone Museum, which is located on Park property.
