This is a great park. No cell phone service to interrupt the wildlife. A little off the beaten path, but worth it!

We stayed at the park for 3 days before Thanksgiving. Really nicely remodeled cabin in a quiet section of the part. They supplied the fire wood for the wood stove. The lake is down the road about 100 yards and in the summer is really...More

This park is AMAZING! We had the most beautiful cabin—close to Wisp Ski area. No WiFi and pretty remote—all forested sites. SO reasonable for a high-end cabin with water/electric—sleeps 6 ($70/night). Plenty of cheaper, rustic camping options as well!😁. Wood stove in every cabin, and...More

Enjoyed a visit on a trip to Deep Creek. Has a nice swimming area and some walking trails to enjoy, We did not rent a cabin, but that was a possibility. A good place to stretch your legs to break up a long drive.

This state park has about 10 cabins for rent, a nice beach and some semi primative camping spots. Nice picnic area and playground.

This is a small park with a small lake and small campgrounds, set into a forest of tall pine trees, with a short drive to nearby attractions. My son and I used this park as a jumping off point to a weekend of kayaking and...More

A couple of buddies and I used the rifle range here. $5 with several nice benches and distances to 100 yards.

Loved our two night stay in cabin 11! Cabin is huge and overlooks the lake. Used the outdoor fire ring close by for fires at night and indoor stove late night or early am. Hiked and fished during the day with our 3 children. Didn't...More

We don't ski but did see the designated trails. The trail heads are near the parking lot across from the lake and at the end of the little road that has several of the cabins along it. There may be others, particularly... More
