Great trails to hike from easy to moderate and from 1 mile to more than 10 if you combine trails. The blue trail is the most crowded trail but leads to the waterfall. You have to share the trails with mountain bikers and occasionally horses...More

We had to make a last minute cancellation to camping in Western Maryland due to the weather and chose Patapsco Valley State Park. The camp sites were fairly small, but clean. The restrooms were really dated and had no hooks or anything to put your...More

All different levels of trails. I like going up Buzzords rock trail. Or stay on the path which is mostly flat and runs along the river. Huge park

Tucked away near the intersection of 95 and 195, between Elicott City and BWI, you'll find Patapsco Valley State Park. We camped in the Hilton area of the park. There are other entrances to the park, but they aren't connected by auto roads. Our GPS...More

Very beautiful park. I took Friends and children over for a hike then a splash in the Patapsco river. It's lovely. The rustic pavilions have grills and tables. This is a Great place for a gathering.

This review covers the hiking near Patapsco southeast of Ellicott City, Cascades Trail, Sawmill and Gristmill Trails. While heavily traveled, these are very interesting trails with two swinging bridges, a tunnel with a river, river views and historical markers and ruins. We walked for almost...More

The phone number should be on the website. Call them. I don't believe the campsites have water hookups.

They do a lot of family reunions. Large picnic shelters and plenty of space. Check their website. I'm not sure why you would not get an answer.
