Since it's an outdoor venue, weather is going to make a difference in the concert experience. So, with all the rain recently, sitting on the lawn is a muddy mess and even just walking up the paths to the venue is pretty sloppy. Still, as an overall concert venue, it's great. Fabulous sound, easy to see the stage from all... More

Went here for the M3 festival and sat in the lawn. This venue has great acoustics. The lawn is very big so you can carve out a nice place to spend the day listening to your favorite bands. There are plenty of shade areas as well if you need to get out of the sun for awhile.

Meeriweather Post has been going through some changes and it's been well worth the wait! The new additions to the venue look stellar and provide a grade A festival experience!

We attend a LOT of concerts and festivals all over the US (and the world), so this is an educated review. MPP is the best concert pavilion venue that we've been to, and the improvements underway are going to make it that much better. The staff does a great job of keeping the area clean, especially the lawn. We had... More

We got tickets for the Sunday part of the MP3 day jam here and got pretty good seats...the parking was close and it was a pleasant little walk up to the venue. The music was good and the acoustics were right on (from my perspective from row D). The beer prices were of course, ridiculous, but there is a hidden... More

We came from out of state recently for a concert. Parking was easy to get in and out of and plentiful. Once inside the price of drinks and food was just absurd. $6 for a small Gatorade $14 for a plastic cup full of frozen daiquiri. After the show we went to leave where we came in thinking well that... Lawn area and pavilion are both great options, they have a pretty good calendar each year, the beer could be cheaper but it's expensive anywhere

We paid for pavilion seating but we decided to walk around between bands during Weekend in the Country. We were thrilled to find the deck overlooking the entire venue at the very back of the lawn. It was the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful weather, the great music, people watching, and $5 beers!

Was able to see a few concerts there. Parking is usually good. Prices are fair, depending on who is playing. Sound is wonderful. We try to sit under cover in case it rains or you have showers. They sell souvenirs. All of the members who have gone with me have enjoyed and liked the sound and the atmosphere. Overall a... More

I saw Jill Scott. She was great. The venue was nice.It was packed but we had a great time. This is a great place for open air concerts.
