Stop in for a quick walk out on the bridge if you're ever bored and stuck in traffic, especially during the spring snowmelt, when the standing waves are huge and sport kayakers are going daredevil, but it's beautiful and fun in any season.

We stopped at this bridge to view the river and enjoy some foliage. Parking on the Brunswick side is very limited. Go to the Topsham side if you can.

Very good place for pictures and picnics! Cute. In the fall it's stunning. During low water times in late summer, there's a little sand beach and lots of room to stretch out.
