While this tiny, tiny "Museum" might have an interesting piece or two it's mostly filled with junk. Old toys, garage sale items and lots of paintings (done by the owner? not sure) Either way it's a hoax of a place.

My husband and I are by no means Cryptozoologists, so we didn't go into this expecting much of anything. We really just like strange and unusual things to do. This little gem is just that, strange, unusual and a bit of a joke. I mean...More

Disappointing visit. I am a believer in Sasquatch. I was expecting the "museum" to be much more scientific but it was more of a collection of bad artwork and kitschy souvenirs. I paid 28.00 for an adult and a teenager. Not worth it. 5 dollar...More

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that it's not the Louvre or the Prado. Every mythological beast... maybe monster... fantastic creature... is here. Real video of a Yeti? Check. Jackalope skeleton? Check. Chupacabra? Check. When you get back from Portland, it'll be...More

I am sorry but I was expecting so much more from this museum. It takes about 10 minutes to go through and most of the exhibits were stuffed animals you can buy in Walmart. I felt that for $10 each my family was completely ripped...More

Really small. Claims to have 10,000 exhibits, but it's only two really small corridors. Up to you whether it's worth the $10/pp to get in. No military discount.

They have everything here, from a giant furry big foot, the loch ness monster, moth man and even jackolopes. The only problem is that a lot of what's in the museum is toys. They had a dragon shaped beanie baby behind some glass. It's an...More

Totally not worth the 30$ it cost to get in. Really small place and it takes 30 to 45 min to go through.

If you are fascinated by such legendary beasts as the Loch Ness Monster, yetis, mermaids, jackalopes, or Big Foot, this is probably the place for you. The gentleman who created this collection on the Thompson Point fringe of Portland, certainly loves this sort of thing...More

Fun spot! Even spending time reading all the details in the exhibit - pretty quick tour. A half hour does the trick.
