Me and my old college roommate went. We were anthropology majors so we got a good laugh with the museum and nerded out over some things. I wish it had a separate aisle for "proven" evidence and "fun myths" because it can be a bit...More

This place is really such a waste of time and money. The front desk tried to tell me I couldn't bring my purse in at first and then obliged??? The exhibits them selves were worthless junk. The whole place is a monument to the owner.

While my 11 year old thought some of the stuff was pretty cool we managed to tour in about a half hour. The place is very small and cramped with random displays of miscellaneous mostly memorabilia and souvenir type stuff. I wouldn't bother going there...More

The cheesiest attraction ever. It's a collection of uncurated "stuff" related to bigfoot, mermaids, sea monsters, werewolves, etc., with no discretion in the selection. Books, toys, models, and videocassettes in display cases. If it's bigfoot, it's there. A cheap print of a sailing ship with...More

It is a fairly small museum of probably mythological/possibly real creatures. There were lots of displays of these creatures, like Bigfoot and his footprints, etc. Most were very odd, but entertaining to look at.

Our family enjoys trying quirky things and we didn't have huge expectations so we really enjoyed this small museum. I learned a couple things, like why fur grows on antlers and it was also entertaining. One of our favorite items on display was a funny...More

My son is a huge cryptid fan, so when he knew we were visiting Portland, he insisted we visit this museum. It is small, but packed with interesting information and displays about cryptids of all sorts ... Bigfoot, The Loch Ness Monster, The Mothman, etc....More
