I am not sure whether my favourite is this one or Pemaquid - they both have so much character ! It always seems to be a great sunny day when we come here to visit and this day was no exception - beautifully sunny, warm and calm but quitter than usual as it was late in the season.

Beautiful area to walk around and visit and see the memorials surrounding the light house - wonderful place to feel the history and fishing heritage of this sea port!

Checked out this lighthouse on a whim. A little bit of a travel but well worth it. The view is simply beautiful . It speaks for itself. A must see!

Truly a beautiful setting and an extraordinarily pretty lighthouse and bridge. It all makes for fabulous photos. Lovely museum building and also memorial site. Our favourite LH so far on a trip from Saint John to NYC !

This has got to be the smallest lighthouse I've ever seen, outside those things on top of restaurants, but hey, they say size doesn't matter, right? That's true enough at Marshall Point where the scenery is outstanding and the light adds just the right touch to your pictures. The museum wasn't open when we were there at 10am. Opened at... More

This was the perfect end of our day! Low tide, wonderful strong winds, we walked around and eventually sat to simply enjoy the views in silence: a very renewing experience

We were discouraged in visiting this lighthouse while in Camden , Maine. Well it turned out to be my very favorite! It was the only one where we saw the light turning inside. The museum is very interesting & the couple running it are a delight! This was one of the places Tom Hanks ran to in movie Forrest Gump.... More

Narrow road by the seaside deposits you at Marshall Point Lighthouse and Museum. A little light connected to the shore by bridge and a restored keeper’s house which is now the museum, which is surrounded on 270 degrees by water. Visted the museum and well stocked gift shop. This was one of the best lighthouse museums I've seen with amazing... More

Pretty setting, easily accessible. Keeper's house lovely, small interpretive program in the museum area. Nicest at high tide with waves crashing around the shore.

The picturesque drive to the point is part of the appeal. We visited early in the day, and had the place to ourselves. There are several spots to take pictures from - and they're going to be excellent.
