A wide sandy beach at low tide with sand dunes and beach plum bushes. The piping plovers are wonderful to watch.

Beautifully clean water with little or no drop off for a long way out. When the tide goes out, it goes out far! Great for little kids. Parking available for a price, 20.00 all day. Many people not parking but walking from all the hotels...More

This is the coast of Maine which is very rocky so any sandy beach is welcomed. This isn't your typical pristine resort beach you'd see further south but it was large and roomy and sandy.

Ogunquit Beach makes for an invigorating walk particularly at low tide. The water temp in June is in the 50's so it's not conducive to swimming

If you get into the main lot it really depends if you want to sit on the ocean side beach North end or the river side beach south end. We like to park on the ocean side and if possible the first row. I say the first row... More
