Stopped in to sample a few of their trade products. The owner was a real joy to talk with as we sampled several of their distillations (Vodka, Gin and bourbon). On Weekends they serve full drinks with a local food truck on site. The owner...More

Knowledge staff. They distill gin, bourbon and vodka. Three free tasting samples per person. I tried the three vodkas. Delicious - really good stuff. They also serve/sell cocktails made with their liquor. Worth stopping.

We were homeward bound after an exciting day at a sugarshack in Dresden Maine and spied their road sign. Since we like to experiment and visit craft breweries, why not a distillery!!! Unpretentious signage, clean crisp New England liens and an empty parking lot- yep...More

because the bourbon and the plain vodka is definitely worth tasting and buying. They do a very nice job, it is a beautiful space and they have lots of merchandise to sell as well as passionate people working there.

Love me some split rock. Worth going out of your way for a visit. Topher and Matt will talk spirits and distilling all day long plus they're just plain good people. I love all their spirits but the blueberry vodka is my favorite.

Bourbon was very good. Food truck outside was a nice touch to compliment the various libations. The staff couldn't be nicer. Highly recommend stopping in.
