great sandy beach. We like to take our boat here and dock for free. The swings support beam needs repair, so check it out before you let your kids on it. Lots of picnic spots and people mind their own business.

Spent the afternoon hiking around the lake... 2.5 miles, or thereabouts. Easy trail around a gorgeous lake. Nice spot for picnic or camping.

We visited only during day hikes. The campsites looked close together to me, and it seemed there were vans. As this is a Maine State Park I think all charges should be on their website. Sorry for limited info. Very... More
