Interesting Day Trip

This was a nice afternoon trip and visit to the lighthouse. There were caretakers there to show as around and give us the history of the lighthouse

Took a boat from the Pier at Popham over to Seguin. Some of our party got off and explored the lighthouse and island and the rest of us went fishing close by. Beautiful views and a wonderful trip! Caught a fair amount of fish, too.

It was so hot in town and a relief to be out at sea. The grounds are wonderful. Steep climb up to the light house but the path is clear with several vantage points... More

Great trip with Long Reach Cruises, website: longreachcruises.com. from Bath to see ALL of the Kennebec River Lights and Seguin Island Light. Narration by Capt. Mike was informative and interesting. Boat was comfortable and easy to get on & off.
