Beautiful park

Great trails right on the water. Good for Xcountry skiing, hiking, etc...There are even Geocaches hidden on the trails.

I live in Maine and have been in and out of Freeport for years, but never visited this park until now. It has some lovely treks in the woods and beautiful views of the ocean.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Freeport is this gem of a place which offers picnic tables, outdoor bbq and tons of well marked hiking paths, so its an excellent place to spend the day and enjoy the outdoors. Unfortunately for us we visited in mid November and while the park is still open, the weather was rainy... More

Short little trails that all connect. Beautiful views. Easily do just a mile and see plenty. If you come to Freeport for LL Bean, make sure you take the 10 minute drive over to this park and enjoy the beauty of the area too!

Beautifully secluded little state park with a maze of easy hiking trails around the property. A November visit means it's not crowded.

This is a fee area, so bring some cash to either pay the attendant or put into the self pay system. This park is a mix of forest and shoreline trails along a bay bear Freeport, Maine. While it is small, it does offer some quality solitude and decent birdwatching in the summer. Fall will bring lovely colors to contrast... More

Beautiful place. Good parking facilities. You will have to pay to be able to enter by car. Think it was 6$.
