My husband, daughter and I camped here March 17-19 with our oldest son, his wife and another family. We had a great time. The weather was perfect. Campground was very well kept. We have a pop up camper and stayed in site 29, which is on the inside loop. Would like to go back and try out site 12 or... More

This place is great! Several walkways leading to the falls as well as to trails. Beautiful falls and several lovely trails to walk along. I walked the Dripping Springs Trail, Bear Trail, and the Ghost Coon trail. All enjoyable and worthwhile. I found the trails east but some might find the walk down to the falls (or back up) a... This is a very nice place to hike to see the waterfalls. You may need to call ahead of time to ask if the waterfall is going because it is operated by a pump. Sometimes I go and it is shut down for maintenance or was too cold for it to be on. There are quite a few steps to... More

This a location shot for the old movie Where the Red-fern grows - the book was better than the movie. A really pretty spot of nature.

The park was clean and the trails were easily identified. The trail to the waterfall is not too strenuous. Over all my family had a great time!

We visited the park in December and really enjoyed the trails. It was bit dry but we still had fun hiking and taking pictures. It was a great place to visit and hope we can come back soon.

This is a great place for all kinds of hikers. The main trails are extremely simple and easy, and lead to a beautiful waterfall. This area, however, is always very crowded and busy. There are other trails that you can find on the map that have a lot less traffic. Some of these more obscure trails take you along breathtaking... More

The RV camp sites are HUGE and easy enough to get in and out. My son and I hiked every trail they had, and my daughter and wife joined us for about half of them. The waterfall was a bit dried up when we were there (Summer 2016) but I imagine it is really amazing when it's flowing well. Most... More

We tent camped; we were the only tent campers there on an unseasonably warm weekday night Nov 17. Road noise was not too bad. The bathrooms (with showers), called "the comfort station" were very clean and functional. Trees near the campsites made a good windbreak. Park ranger was friendly and welcoming.

We stopped here very randomly. Went in to get a drink at the main office & asked the lady at the front desk if there were any trails we could hike. She gave us a map of 5 trails with their level of difficulty. We paid $5 and hit the most beautiful trails!!
