We took the geology trail, rocky end trail, and cabin trail. The cabin trail was disappointing because there wasn't a trail marker indicating the end of the trail and it does look like you can keep going. No real evidence that there was a cabin. The rest of the trails were very scenic and we did see a deer while... More

The web site looked like there were nice trails, but we saw no evidence of anything. The AAA book and our inn warned about mosquitoes and ticks. We were going to try it, but when we got there the bugs were swarming and it all looked deserted. We didn't even get out of the car!

This delightful and serene 119-acre (48.15-hectare) nature preserve is located south of Bath off ME 127. Limited parking is in a dirt lot. A trail map and an info kiosk are onsite.
