Just a lovely place to sit and chat. Was visiting from out of town and we thought this was a great spot to just relax and chat.

We came here because we wanted to get a taste of Shreveport. Unfortunately, the "District" is a block long with a couple restaurants and bars, plus a gift-type store. It's recently built, not old and ends at a casino. You can sit on a bench...More

Not much going on down there, with on a few restaurants open. No Boutiques or anything to do. Better to hit the board walk across the river

My wife and I took a walk through this District. It's nice.. nothing special. A few restaurants/bars... Nothing really caught our eye, so we went back to the Casino!

The Red River District is apart of the culture in Shreveport, Louisiana. The River flows right through the cities of Shreveport and Bossier City and has a certain special tough. Defiantly a must visit.

The Red River District is the area underneath the Texas Street Bridge, between Commerce Street and Clyde Fant Parkway. There are a few eating and drinking establishments, but not much else. Close by, there are 2 riverboat casinos, the Shreveport Aquarium and Riverfront Park.

Very good steaks and seafood at a lower price than I expected. The River Walk is very nice with higher end shops. Nice walking path if it is cool enough.
