Hide in the interior of Louisiana State, it is an interesting building. It is very different from other buildings that you can see in the south. It one of the few attractions of this small city hidden in Louisiana.

Beautiful church. A small museum is located to the cemetery side. There is a Italian nativity that is really interesting, very unique. Wonderful helpful lady there.

We were short on time, but decided to stop by and take a few pictures. The 500 year-old oak tree is an amazing site to see.

My friend and I went to Easter mass there. The building was impressive and the music was impressive. I was particularly impressed by the immense oak out front--by far the largest I had ever seen, and apparently one of the largest in the country.

Cathedral & oak are situated adjacent to each other. While the Cathedral is lovely, the 450 year old oak is just magnificent! The two being so near one another adds a sense of curiosity & mystery. But it's the oak that steals the show with its immense size & beauty, its limbs themselves as large as fully grown trees.

I come see this church and oak tree every time I am in the area. The live oak is 500 years old and is a sight to behold. Breath taking and screams history!

This cathedral is beautiful to see and has a lot of history behind it. I have only been in it for weddings. which made it even more beautiful You can take tours, though and learn more about it.
