House and garden are very nice. However the guided visit is strictly focused on the old art pieces and furnitures inside and various personal stories of previous owners. Clearly misses the big story while focussing on the (boring) daily one.More

The plantation is quite stunning. The tour guide was both entertaining and historically informative and very personable. There is something for everyone on this tour. Totally worth the price and the trip from New Orleans.
