Waterperry Gardens are more than just gardens, though on a lovely October day the large border of Asters were very colourful. The herbaceous borders were going over as you would expect in October, but you could see that in mid summer they would be a...More

A beautiful garden, very well looked after and worth a visit. Quite compact and many hard pathways so an easy garden to enjoy. The tea room is very good too.

Not a big place but a very beautiful spot. Recommend the little walk by the river and a visit to the ancient Church in the grounds.

Visited mid afternoon and still plenty parking available. Museum was very interesting and gift shop was a good attraction. Food in the cafe looked very nice. Location was good.

We have passed the sign on the A40 to Waterperry Gardens, many many times without taking the turn. Finally visited the gardens and walked along the river bank, through the field and gardens. Lovely gardens, gift shop and museum. Plenty of parking. Only problem was...More

Any time but winter. Spring and summer are obviously beautiful, but the seasons turning in autumn can be equally - if not more - beautiful, especially when much of the scenery is trees, as is the case here.
