My husband and I shot about 200 rounds with our semi-automatic handguns. The lanes are clearly marked and safety is enforced. We brought our own PPE (eye and ear protection) but they have it available there for rental if needed. You can buy ammo there (we brought our own) and you can also rent from a wide assortment of guns... More

Staff was polite and pricing is reasonably. However with no air conditioning in the shooting lanes it wasn't worth it. I will drive the extra 25 minutes, one way, for a better experience at Open Range. The shooters are unsupervised and the bullet holes in the ceiling prove it. I have given this location multiple tries, when it is Bluegrass,... More

Felt safe at this range compared to the others. The staff was friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable. Its a little pricey but nothing exorbitant as far as gun ranges go--it just adds up when you're renting stuff. They have a wide variety of guns to shoot, eye and ear protection for rent, targets, ammo, etc. They offer a conceal carry... More

Better than I had expected, but still in need of better ventilation. As soon as I walked into the range area, I could smell the smoke, lead, powder etc. I wanted to walk out right then, but I held it together, mainly for my wife and Dad that came along with me. First time back here in years, last time... More

Not a bad place to shoot. Prices are reasonable and there was very little wait. Pistol calibers only though. Go early before the thugs get there.

If you want to shoot indoors this is it for Louisville. It is an old range with old equipment. It is all functional but sometimes slow. As I said old and it shows. It seems that the owner is spending money to make the ventilation better. That said I really do not believe you will find better more helpful staff... More

We just hosted a portion of a Louisville Bachelor party at TG&G Range. Our group of Yankee Doodles and a few Yankee Dandies had a blast. After an extremely late Friday evening, we arrived early Saturday morning thanks to some excellent pre-planning with Operations Chief/Dark Humorist, Ken Pagano. His safety tutorial was as sobering as a greasy breakfast and then... More

Ordered a gun from them but it came in the wrong model. Since they had already done the paper work to put the gun in my name I took it with the understanding I would be given a discount on my next gun purchase. Now I call and leave messages with "rob" who apparently is the only person they allow... More

It was the first time I shot a gun so it's safe to say that I was nervous! I found the staff very helpful and friendly. They fully explained the proper techniques and safety. When we got into the room to shoot one of the staff explained further how to handle the gun. I would totally do it again! My... More
