Fab views from the Worcestershire Beacon

Lovely walking up and down hills on the ridge above Malvern. Great views and enjoyed watching the paragliders.

Lovely walks all around the area. If you clamber up to the top of the hills you are rewarded with lovely views, but there are walks on the lower slopes . Amazing views on a clear day of the lovely countryside in the valley.

The Malvern Hills are a must-see for both locals and visitors. I have been here more times than I would care to count, and climbing up these hills was a regular occurrence while growing up. As a family, we often come for days out at the Malvern, and we climb the Beacon the most, the central and tallest hill. You... More

one of the most visible sights of Worcester are the looming Malvern Hills to the west. They almost call you to climb them! There is a path for serious walkers that you can take from the north to the south of the hills along the ridge. We just climbed the one Beacon. Go to British Camp in the south which... More

Incredible views of the hills and surrounding areas. The walk up to the top is not an overly strenuous one. Just stunningly beautiful.

What a lovely place for walking. Walked from the 3 counties show ground on a geocache hunt which took me over both beacons- stopping off at the H2O Cafe for a late lunch. Stunning views, easy walking.

A steep walk up! But worth it once you reach the top - gorgeous 360 views! Good signposts to help you find your way.

Admittedly you've got to climb the hill initially (and I recommend the path passed St Ann's Well) but then there is a great network of paths so you'd never need to do the same walk twice. Great scenery and birdlife.

This is actually a pretty easy walk which isn't too steep. You actually have an option of either taking the high road or the low road, which is great. So we adopted on the high road on the first half and then as we got tired moved on to the low road. Great views all around, and there's lots of... More

Make sure you take the time to walk the Malvern hills if you are in the area. Be it a shorter walk up North Hill or to one of the Beacons - such as Hereford and British Camp, or a longer walk along the top of the ridgeway the views are superb and there are plenty of excellent watering holes...
