This is a wonderful park where my children and I love to take our dog for a long walk. We enjoy the trails at the end of the lake closest to ring road.

Took the grandchildren rock hunting. They had a blast. Beautiful park, it needs more trails for small children. Sometimes in the summer it needs better mowering of the grass. The grass gets to high at times with the snakes we have around here.

I really enjoy taking my kids here. There are a number of playgrounds with views of the lake. Tons of walking and biking trails. Kayaking and paddle boating. Fishing. Nature surrounds you here right in the middle of Elizabethtown, KY!

I love going to Freeman lake with my husband. We sit, talk and relax looking out at the water, it's very beautiful. You can feed the ducks and walk your dogs. Even walk on the five mile trail. Overall,it's lovely 😄
