A beautiful place to visit! You will amazed by the beauty of nature. Incredible untouched sand. Great view.

Be ready to walk to find some amazing beaches, solitude and awesome 360 views, including Cabo Polonio. You could make it there (about two hours) and come back, we just hang out at the top of the dunes and then went down to the sea. A friendly man crosses the small river and takes you back and forth on his boat, it is just a minute cross as the waters run fast and a bit too deep to cross it on foot.

Small town, lovely people.

This is a really small town in the Rocha department, near to cabo polonio.... it has just a few blocks and a craftfair almost in the middle of the town, people juggling in the "plaza" and very nice atmosphere, you have markets to buy food or restaurants also, the beach is in the end of the town and its really calm, just chill and relax. kind of a hippie town and if you go there you should stay in the "camping los invisibles", the owners are really nice people, wifi and showers are included in the price, $5.000 chilean pesos per night aprox.

The biggest sand dunes in South America, close to Barra de Valizas town. Walk around and see the ocean at your feet, or take a day for sand board there

the quiet beaches are beautiful but you can't miss the dunes. Wear a big hat, slide from the dunes and enjoy a different scenery. You can see a lot of marine animals too. Walk to Cabo Polonio if you are hot-resistant and relax, meditate, enjoy.
