What a nice venue. Proving a major corporation can offer a nice, fun, and educational museum for FREE. Of course, there is a KFC there - but one does not have to purchase food to see the museum. While small, the artifacts are presented in...More

We read some of the review before stopping, and could not agree more with the overall feeling: if you come here to expect a museum, you'll be disappointed. If you are hungry, want to eat some KFC, and see some memorabilia, then the short detour...More

Historical exhibits of the first Kentucky Fried Chicken and Sanders Motel. Lots of old items from days gone by. Normal food fare at the restaurant.

Parts of the restaurant take you back in time and parts are very modern. Loved getting to understand the history of KFC but sadly didn't come across information as to why he was called the Cornel. Maybe I need to go back!

We were driving by and stopped to see this museum and ate chicken there too. It was really interesting and a great place to eat and see a bit of history too.

A fun place to stop while on a road trip. It's cute, doesn't take long to see and you can get some KFC while you are there. What's not to like. So, have a little history served up with your finger lickin' good fried chicken.

I guess I wasn't expecting a standard KFC with a poorly maintained "museum". I don't normally eat at KFC so I can't rate the food but as for a restaurant the cleanliness was sub-par: tables not wiped down, dirty bathrooms, gravy on the door knob...More

Harland Sanders Cafe and Museum is an operating KFC which was the original restaurant. There you can eat and view the museum self guided in the dinning area. There is a bench with the Colonel so you can cozy up and get a selfie or...More
