Great hiking experience. Locals hike the pinnacles a lot. The views are well worth the hikes. The trails are well marked also. There are no facilities yet, so bring food and water.

The hikes at the Pinnacles are a local favorite. With a total of 5 to 6 miles of trails, its a great partial-day hike. The initial ascent has a wide path with a couple short, moderately steep sections. The trails diverge part way up and difficulty varies depending on the route taken. Each is unique in its own right. East... More

Great way to spend a day, take a lunch and take you time hiking. Don't forget to hike to the Buzzard' s Roost and The Eagles Nest. Take some water too. NO facilities when you get to the top. Well marked trails. Not handicap accessible.

Even though it was a bit crowded, this was an amazing place to hike. I would not bring small children as there are many scary drop-offs and some places where we had to do some serious scrambling. The vistas were beautiful and the trails well marked. There was even some geocaching to be done!

The hike can be strenuous so make sure you are in good shape and are wearing good hiking shoes. The views from the top are beautiful and well worth the hike. Coming back down is much easier!

The views are worth the hike. Be cautious in wet weather as the wet trails can be very slippery. Take your time and enjoy the journey. There is a hike, down into Davis Hollow, that is not steep. No matter where you go here, you will be surrounded by the beauty of nature, with occasional fellow hikers.

Great place to hike. Trails are easily marked, well traveled and it's nearly impossible to get lost. Safe location just out of town. Pets are allowed on leashes, and extra water is recommended. There are outhouses located near the paved parking lot.

We had a couple hours to hike before leaving Berea. We chose to hike to the West Pinnacle. It was an absolute beautiful hike. The view at the top is slightly disappointing as most of the scenery is masked behind trees and rocks. I've been told the East Pinnacle has an amazing, open view. If we go back, that's what... More

This was a nice leisurely hike that we enjoyed very much. The fall colors of leaves seem to be at peak right now. I am not an avid hiker so this was just right for me with distance and not constantly uphill. We hiked to the west pinnacle and look forward to coming back to hike the east pinnacle.
