Overview
More
Belvoir Castle is the ancestral home of the Dukes of Rutland. The family have lived at Belvoir in an unbroken line for almost a thousand years. Crowning a hill in Leicestershire, its turrets and towers rise over the Vale of Belvoir like an illustration in a romantic fairytale. Belvoir is also a venue for weddings, private and corporate events, an estate rich of history and tradition farming and forestry practices. With dedication to charitable foundations and local community.

Pricing has been increased hugely. Last time I visited gardens it was £5 now they are charging £20 for house and £12 for gardens. Gardens seem to have few staff and look in poor condition. I was told they are trying to recruit volunteers but...More

We are sorry you feel that way, we try our hardest to keep the gardens up to a high standard! With 16,000 acres you can imagine it is a continuous job. The Castle is a private property so in order to keep the Castle and...More
