Took my 7 month old and my 13 y/o. My TEEN had a blast. Enjoyed mining, feeding the baby goats and fishing. Will definitely come again when LO is older.

This is a simple but fun local venture that allows children to play, and gain knowledge while having fun. This 12 acre Farmstead offers animal and birds of various species. Children learn things like how to milk a cow, or the workings of a blacksmith....More

Recently visited from out of town. I highly recommend visiting if you have time. We were suprised at how much there was to do. The kids lived the play areas, hay ride, pony ride adn watching the cow be milked. Also very inexpensive.

We took the grandkids - ages 7, 10, and 13 - and they had a blast. There are plenty of animals to pet; you can fish, ride ponies, etc.. They also have an old general store and a drug store onsite. It's cheap, too, and...More

This a must see attraction in south Overland Park. If you have young children this is a must do place to visit again and again. The facility is first rate, the staff and volunteers are super and the experience is pure Americana.

A must-see when you are in Kansas especially if you have kids under 10. Getting the $12 combo pack is a good value as it includes about 6 activities. Be sure to visit their website for updates before you actually go.

I would love to bring my elderly parents... would there be those electric scooters that we can rent or even a wheel chair for my mom? I know that they would have a fantastic time just bringing all the grandkids here... Thank you :)

I'm not sure. I've never been there yet. The best thing to do is call them for full details. Sorry!

Would there be much to do for my 13 month old? He isn't walking yet (just crawling), but I thought he might enjoy seeing the animals and maybe the playgrounds - didn't know if the activities would be more geared towards children a little older?

My children are older now, but when they were that age (even under 12 months) they really enjoyed seeing the animals. My kids always liked feeding the animals through a fence. When they were really young I would hold them... More
