The Spencer Museum of Art is a nice place for a visit while in Lawrence. It is just down the hill from the main KU campus and offers a nice selection of art on display.

The Spencer has been closed for awhile but has reopened with considerable excitement. And it was worth the wait! It is a wonderful experience and allows the Spencer to show more from its collections in a wonderful environment. Be sure to get by soon.
