Go check out the Prarie Museum of Art and History. Impressed me with the artifacts, displays and the staff. Made me feel at home and were more than helpful. What a great place and cause they are doing.

Wonderful collection of Prairie homes and buildings outside. Art is more an eclectic collection of artifacts representing Prairie life. Sounds odd but we spent over two hours exploring it all, especially the buildings and their contents.

We were surprised at the size of this museum for it has many different areas of interests. we especially enjoyed the outdoor items - larges barn in Kansas, 1880's sod house, 1930's farmstead house, and the stories about the settlers of the area.
