There aren't many maritime museums, but we've been to several and this is one of the best. Great boats, lots of outboard motors and photos of those resorts in their heyday. Well laid out - plenty of room to wander and an excellent gift shop....More

This is such a beloved museum that an expansion was just announced! Fun for all ages...but especially those with a history of the lakes area.

There is so much history at this lake. I have been coming up here for 40 years. It's so cool to see the different boats and memorabilia on display. And it's free!!!

This place has a lot of history inside. The old wood boats are in prestine condition. I took family from out of town here and they really enjoed it. It is fun to see the history of the lakes which my grandparents talk about often.

This is a great place to spend time and reminisce and actually walk among the boats that were part of so many local memories.
