This park is very clean and has beautiful views. We got there just in time to see a barge go through the lock. Pretty neat and only $1.

There is not bike trails at the park but there is a trail near the park to ride and you would be riding the bikes along the Mississippi River!! You can rent bikes and not exactly sure where but maybe at cat fish Charlie's???? More

Only in cars according to the Eagle Point Park website. There are many places for picnicking at Eagle Point Park. Go to city of Dubuque org - eagle point park
