Nice zoo

We went here for their Walk on the Wildside function. The food was good and so were the wine tastings.

The tigers were all running around, pouncing on each other, and climbing up love to these big animals activity. We also enjoyed the reptile house too! Me and my husband had a wonderful time at the zoo today. Besides the amazing animals, the grounds are gorgeous, clean and well kept! One down side is I personally felt, space they gave... More

I've been going since I was a child and I'm always amazing at Potawatomi. It's a clean, easy to get around zoo that is well worth the visit. It's in the middle of town but you don't feel like you are in an urban location. I always try to visit when I'm in town.

Took the grandkids here for the afternoon. Everyone enjoyed the zoo. It is a fairly small zoo but has plenty to offer.

Didn't get to see many animals. Most were asleep or just not there. Staff was pleasant. There is a shop there, but it is pretty costly.

Our Pottawattamie zoo has been there as long as I can remember and 955. It is well-kept just the right size to walk around without getting too tired. Very kid friendly, with the duck pond in front and animals to feed. They have special days where trainers come out and are available to talk to and ask questions. Last year... More

I am a season pass holder of this zoo. It's very easy to visit. The animals seem happy and well cared for. There is a train ride and new a carousel. Parking is free and there are usually enough spaces.

My early morning visit to Potawatomi Zoo found the animals in good spirits and very active. Hidden in a residential area the zoo is easy walking and kid friendly. The carousel and train are an extra fee and food for some animals can be purchased so you can feed them. There is a nice selection of creatures from around the... More
