Once the "Bowery of Indiana" the Depot district is now home to fun locally owned restaurants, shosp, the national Model-T museum, and of course the Depot. See the wonderful murals and eat outside.

This is a fun & quirky little area filled with an array of locally owned restaurants and stores. I Stopped for lunch at Roscoes, enjoyed some of Ullery's Ice Cream, and took a nice evening stroll along the sidewalks while window shopping. There were murals...More

A variety of eateries, unique antique shops and others. Old bookstore, crafts, Indiana's largest furniture store-4 stories. The Blues club and local brewery are must stops. Many special family oriented events and activities are held throughout the year.

Very enjoyable. Grandkids loved the trains but one was scared of old cargo elevator to top floor. He took the stairs. We ate at Joe's Pizza which was good. Didn't get to ride the horse drawn carriage but a good reason to go back.

If you are in Richmond this is certainly worth an afternoon--especially on a weekend when it is more likely all the antique shops will actually be open. There are a few nice antique shops--with really great prices if you have time to spend there. The...More
