The walk of fame is in a sketchy area, as I was walking down the trail, I kept looking back at the car and make sure that it was ok. It was informative, but feel that more could have been done to make the area...More

Take a nice stroll and read the in-ground plaques detailing all the famous jazz players who got their start recording their music with Gennett. An eye-opener.

We walked the sidewalk full of history with all the musicians of the past. It was fun to see the names like Lawrence Welk and Guy Lombardo along with the jazz greats like Louis Armstrong and many . Clean and quiet.

Nice stop to view a little of Richmond history. Inlaid plaques were well done, Saw a Shakespeare play in the Piano company that was a great performance for a newer company.

RIchmond, IN is known for early jazz recordings by noted musicians such as Louis Armstrong, Hoagy Carmichael and Charlie Patton. The Walk of Fame is in a refurbished and attractive quiet and reflective area.

Drove down and parked here for a run on the Cardinal Greenway. On my cool-down walk it was interesting to find out the history of the record industry especially early jazz artists.

This sadly neglected tourist attraction is rich in historical value. I loved reading of all the people who had recorded music there. I wish it were better maintained and better marked for others to find it. I loved visiting this site!
