Our family really enjoys riding our bicycles on this trail. There are a few nice parks to stop off along the trail around Muncie, and there are some nice businesses to pick up refreshments not far off the trail.

Always a nice safe ride! Whether you head north to Gaston, or South toward Richmond, the Cardinal Greenway won't disappoint. Excellent pavement, nice scenery, but best of all, no cars beside you.

The cardinal greenway is an excellent trail for walking, jogging or biking. It is scenic, clean and wide enough for two lanes and passing.

Are there any restaurants on the trail (kids allowed) for lunch? Ideal would be riding for 10-15 miles, lunch before turning around to go back to car. Any thoughts are appreciated (other than bring your own food.... not that organized or coordinated! :-).
