We visited the beach after the zoo and had a blast. Water was clear! Very clean! Will come back! Bring sunscreen!

Great place for boating, fishing, walking, picnicking. Every Thursday in the summer, there is live music at the bandshell. There's a Splash Water Park that's inexpensive and kids of all ages will enjoy.

There are restrooms at the beach, probably a few hundred feet from the beach.
